Say what Scripture says, without hedging it for comfort.
Separate performance and ritual from the substance underneath them.
Every conversation moves toward a decision, not a discussion for its own sake.
Belief that doesn't change conduct isn't the point of the show.
Nothing said on the show adds to, removes from, or contradicts the Bible.
The point is knowing God directly, not observing rules about Him.
Has grown up around religious language and is looking for something that doesn't sound rehearsed.
Has real questions about God and is willing to engage them directly — looking for direct answers, not indirect ones.
Navigating faith on their own, without a community to process it with in real time.
Able to hold a position under real conversation, not just recite one. This is non-negotiable.
The format has no script. Hosts need to think clearly in real time without losing the thread or the doctrine.
Willing to name a difficult point instead of talking around it. Vagueness works against the format.
Conviction and clarity of thought matter more than on-air polish.
